As one might guess, reading the rules is an important step to building, designing, or modifying any system on the car, regardless of its importance. This should be the first step any member takes before doing ANYTHING on the car. Please make sure you read up on the current rules before each season, and are sure to know anything and everything about every system of the car as far as the rules are concerned before beginning any work.
