A Brief Explanation of all Five Executive Board Positions are as Follows:
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Face for the team and a point of contact for everyone, on the team and outside
- Talk with FSAE
- Lead business team, networking, and coordinate meetings with higher-ups.
- Be the Team Mascot
- Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
- Head engineer and Design overseer
- Upkeep gantt charts, critical paths, and deadlines
- Coordinate design reviews, provide feedback to projects, connect the engineering team to Executive board.
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Budget master, Financing and Excel sheets.
- Hold team credit card, make/apply the buying sheet, maintain budget, seek financial opportunities.
- Chief Logistics Officer (CLO)
- Event Coordinator
- Marketing events, team education, competition reservations
- Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
- The informational gatekeeper and team secretary
- Manage r:/drive, discord, google drive, and the team password bank
- record meeting attendance and minutes
